Nalod’s Group acquires the Delbard brand and 14 garden centres under the Delbard banner with the support of the FSI (CDC Entreprises) and Sofimac Partners. This major operation accelerates the development of France’s leading network of independent garden centres.<\/h2>\n

Nalods Group, which runs the leading network of independent garden centres in France, has completed a strategic growth operation. It has acquired a number of assets from the Torck family holding company, including a stake in Georges Delbard nurseries and rose gardens, the Delbard brand and 14 stores with sales of \u20ac50m and 300 employees.<\/p>\n

Nalod’s thus provides its network with a first-class brand name and visibility, in support of a plan to double sales to \u20ac500m over the next 5 years.<\/p>\n
