This transaction will enable SAPEM to structure and accelerate the development of its business in the nuclear and defense markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n

HPS International has completed a new acquisition following the latest LBO carried out in 2024 by the HPS International management team with the support of financial investors, including MBO+.<\/p>\n

This transaction will allow the acquirer to round out the industrial lifting offering of its subsidiary Codipro. SAPEM will bring the group complementary top-tier technical expertise and a leading position in the nuclear and defense markets.<\/p>\n

SAPEM and Codipro will mutually expand their portfolios and strengthen their ability to respond to calls for tenders in highly technical and demanding sectors. This combination is expected to generate significant industrial and commercial synergies.<\/p>\n

Aurignac Finance advised the HPS International group from the identification of the opportunity through to the completion of the transaction. The team leveraged its sector expertise to support this operation, which strengthens the consolidation and preservation of the sovereignty of the French Defense Technological and Industrial Base (DTIB).<\/p>\n
