The Aurignac Finance team took part in the Mergers Alliance semi-annual conference in Barcelona, hosted by Norgestion.
This three-day event brought together over 80 M&A experts from around the world, providing a valuable opportunity to discuss current market dynamics, explore cross-border transaction opportunities, and share insights and expertise.
The conference featured presentations focused on the Aerospace & Defense sectors (led by Raphaël Brenier and our U.S. partners from Dresner), as well as on Energy, Sustainability & Circularity. It also provided an opportunity to discuss the expansion of our network in South Korea, following the recent addition of Stewart & Co.
