Privacy and cookies

Any Internet user connecting to and using the Site as well as any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, who visits the Site (the “User“), agrees to the collection and use of their personal data under the conditions described below.

Aurignac Finance complies, in the collection and management of the User’s personal data, with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, in its current version (the “Loi Informatique et Libertés“), as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GPD“).

1. Category of data collected

The data collected from the User is : the User’s surname, first names, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as any other data enabling the User to be identified and which the User has spontaneously communicated to Aurignac Finance, either by browsing the Site or by sending an e-mail to Aurignac Finance, either to request information or to submit an application.

2. Purpose

The data collected by Aurignac Finance is used to respond to Users’ requests or to process applications received. It may also be processed for statistical and security purposes.
Such processing is justified by the legitimate interests of Aurignac Finance and is based on Article 6.1 (f) GDPR.

Personal data collected by Aurignac Finance is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, plus any applicable limitation period.

3. Recipients of the data

The recipients of this data are the partners and employees of Aurignac Finance, as well as Aurignac Finance‘s subcontractors and, where applicable, Aurignac Finance‘s partners involved in processing Users’ requests.

4. Exercising rights

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, the User has the right to obtain the communication and, if necessary, the rectification or deletion of data concerning him/her by contacting Aurignac Finance at the following e-mail address: contact@weareblow.com

Users whose data is collected may at any time object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their data in the manner specified above.

The User may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data.

5. Cookies

A cookie, or tracker, is a text file which does not allow the person concerned to be identified directly, but which stores on their computer and/or equipment information relating to the pages consulted on the Internet, the date and time of the consultation, the information entered and retained to prevent subsequent entry (“Cookies”). Browsing the Site may result in the installation of Cookies on the User’s equipment.

The purpose of Cookies is to :
make visiting the Site easier
make it possible to share content on social networks;
make it possible to assess the Site’s audience.

The User may oppose the recording of Cookies by configuring his/her browser in accordance with the procedure described by the CNIL and accessible at the following address: www.cnil.fr.
Data relating to Users’ Cookies is kept for a period of 13 months from the date of collection
