As part of our commitment to building synergies within the M&A Mergers Alliance international network, we offer our junior team members the opportunity to take part in exchange programmes with partner firms, to accelerate learning, deepen cross-border collaboration and share best practices.
This year, Arthur Mangion, Analyst at Aurignac Finance, joined Proventis Partners in Hamburg for a 3-month placement, while Chris Crämer, Associate at Proventis Partners, headed to Paris to work with Aurignac Finance. These exchanges followed the successful 4 month secondment of Pierre Gohon with Ethica Group in Milan.
