Aurignac Finance joins the international network Mergers Alliance and becomes its exclusive representative in France.
The partners at Aurignac have just given their M&A boutique a boost by signing the French franchise of the world’s leading network of M&A advisors for small and mid-cap transactions (up to USD 500 million).
At Aurignac, the seven investment banking professionals, fluent in 7 languages, had been developing an increasingly international M&A business for 14 years. Over the last twelve months, they have completed over 50% of cross-border deals, including an investment in France by the Spanish group Planeta, the sale of a Zodiac Aerospace subsidiary to an Asian group with a presence in Europe, and the sale by an American group of ATI Interco to the French SME group Esaris.
By joining Mergers Alliance, Aurignac Finance responds to the needs of its existing customers, and now offers them the ability to take immediate action in 30 countries. Major French investors, whether industrial groups or private equity funds, will in turn have access to opportunities presented by leading advisors in their national markets. The membership was signed at the end of May, and several joint projects are currently underway with Spain, Italy, Canada, Scandinavia, and India.
