From Saturday to July 16, the Château de Fontainebleau will be hosting the final stage in the worldwide tour of the ‘Maison de l’Empereur’ exhibition.

This beautiful exhibition on the staging of the empire’s political power was created in Montreal, presented in the United States and is the result of a collaboration between the Musée des Beaux Arts du Québec and Château de Fontainebleau.

The Montalivet cup from the Manufacture de Sèvres, acquired by Fontainebleau thanks to Aurignac Finance’s patronage, is given particular prominence, among the many exceptional pieces brought together in a top-quality scenography.

The inauguration of the exhibition was preceded by a ceremony at which Christophe Beyeler, head curator at the Château de Fontainebleau, in charge of the Musée Napoléon 1er, was awarded the insignia of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres.

Aurignac Finance is very honoured by this exhibition, which is yet another opportunity to rediscover this exceptional historical site in France.
