In 2023, Mergers Alliance has confirmed its exceptional performance compared to its competitors in the market. The partnership completed 128 M&A deals worldwide for a total value of $5.4 billion, 33% of which were cross-border.
The mid-market segment (EV from $10m to $500m) remains Mergers Alliance’s core focus. Within this segment, the partners have closed 102 deals, with 12 transactions valued over $100m.
Aurignac Finance has significantly contributed to the dynamics of the network and the collaboration between its members. This should enable Aurignac Finance and its partners in Mergers Alliance to increase the portion of cross-border deals in 2024 which is shaping up to be very dynamic to date.
