The Mergers Alliance 2023 Spring Conference was hosted in London, bringing together 90 M&A professionals from around the world in the heart of one of the world’s financial capitals.
The event was an ideal opportunity to discuss new cross-border deal opportunities and trends in international transactions.
Over the course of the 3 days, participants were invited to discuss their domestic markets and the opportunities to be seized in terms of cross-border transactions. The theme of energy transition was widely addressed during the conference, with several speakers specialising in the sector, including energy majors. The event was a fruitful one in terms of opportunities and sharing, strengthening the links within the Mergers Alliance community.
